We ship SoleGrove shoes across Australia with free express delivery on every order. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your shoes arrive.

Note: Processing time is how long it takes us to prepare and ship your order. Shipping time starts after your order has been dispatched.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. This includes verifying your payment and preparing your package.
Delivery Time
Once processed, most Australian orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and how busy we are at the time.
Shipping Costs
Free express shipping on all orders across Australia — no minimum spend. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery Carrier
We ship via Australia Post and select courier partners depending on your location.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it wasn't claimed, we'll contact you to confirm the correct shipping details. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we can't guarantee changes to shipping addresses or order details. If you need to make a change, email us at info@solegrove.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we're unable to make any changes.
Public Holiday Delays
Please allow extra time for deliveries during Australian public holidays, end-of-year peak periods, and major sale events. Carrier delays during these times are outside our control, but we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check your mailbox, front porch, garage, and any safe drop-off spots
- Ask family members or neighbours if they may have accepted the package on your behalf
- Contact your local Australia Post office or courier directly for GPS drop-off confirmation
If your package is still missing, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date at info@solegrove.comand we'll help investigate.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days after dispatch, contact us at info@solegrove.com. While we're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, we'll help locate or replace your order as appropriate.
Customs & Import Duties (International Customers Only)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Responsibility Once Shipped
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, SoleGrove is not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party shipping providers. We're happy to help with investigations or claims if needed.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to refusal, an unclaimed delivery, or an incorrect address, we'll contact you for updated shipping details. Additional shipping fees may apply. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees on returned or refused orders unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
