We want you to be completely happy with your SoleGrove shoes. Please read our return and refund guidelines below before placing an order or requesting a return so everything goes smoothly.
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and markings intact.
- After 30 days, all sales are final.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition.
We recommend inspecting your shoes as soon as they arrive to make sure they meet your expectations.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at info@solegrove.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
Our team will reply with instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to our designated return facility — the address will be provided once your return is approved.
Do not send items to our fulfillment center or business address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Incorrect Return Address
Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded. Always use the return address provided by our team.
Proof of Return Required
To process your return, please send us:
- A valid tracking number
- Proof of shipment (courier receipt or photo of the waybill)
- The shipment date and return address used
If we cannot verify the tracking number, we cannot issue a refund.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been completed
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@solegrove.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photo or video proof of the problem
We will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
Geographic Scope
We currently ship across Australia and to select international destinations. Please make sure your shipping country is supported at checkout before placing an order.
Return Transit Times
International return shipments may take longer due to customs processing and carrier delays. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of shipment.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
Refunds for International Customers

Refused Deliveries
Refunds are not issued for packages deliberately refused at delivery. If you do not want to keep your order, please follow the proper return process and ship the item to the provided return address.
